In order to find the right work wear for you or your employees, think about the nature of the work you do and what kind of demands it makes of work wear.  Consider:

How many and what kind of pockets are required?  Are you getting in and out of vehicles all the time etc?

Protection and safety

Does the work wear need to protect you from a hazardous work environment, or from extreme weather conditions including wind, rain, cold temperatures, low visibility etc?

Flexibility

Does the type of work require strenuous working positions, greater mobility or a combination of the two?

Durability

Will the work wear be exposed to hard wearing conditions and therefore need extra strength and durability?

On top of that, you need to be aware of any norms and regulations the type of work you are performing needs to adhere to, as the work wear needs to be certified accordingly.

Finally, you have to consider the visual appearance of the work wear as it forms part of the image of you individually and of your company. It needs to send the right signals of professionalism and corporate identity and of course look, great at the same time.
